Continium (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides Account Intelligence for Customer Success teams. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service to generate QBRs, risk assessments, personalized outreach, and other intelligence outputs.
When you connect your CRM account (HubSpot or Salesforce), we access:
We use your CRM data to power Account Intelligence, including:
Raw CRM data (contact names, emails, phone numbers) is used during intelligence generation but is never persisted in the output. Only generated intelligence and aggregate metadata (record counts, industry, company size) are stored.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use OAuth 2.0 for authentication and never store your CRM password. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. See our Security page for more details.
We retain your generated intelligence (QBRs, agendas, risk assessments) and account metadata for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect your CRM account or delete your Continium account, we remove your access tokens immediately and purge all cached data from Redis. Generated intelligence is retained for 30 days after disconnection to allow re-download, and then permanently deleted.
