Overview

Continium (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides Account Intelligence for Customer Success teams. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service to generate QBRs, risk assessments, personalized outreach, and other intelligence outputs.

Information We Collect

When you connect your CRM account (HubSpot or Salesforce), we access:

  • Company/Account records (name, domain, properties)
  • Contact records associated with companies/accounts
  • Deal/Opportunity records and pipeline information
  • Engagement history (notes, emails, calls, meetings, tasks)
  • Ticket/Case records and support history
  • Your CRM user profile (name, email)

How We Use Your Information

We use your CRM data to power Account Intelligence, including:

  • Generate QBRs, meeting agendas, and strategic reviews
  • Produce personalized outreach and communication drafts
  • Surface risk signals and account health indicators
  • Provide AI-powered insights via the account chat assistant
  • Improve our service and develop new features

Raw CRM data (contact names, emails, phone numbers) is used during intelligence generation but is never persisted in the output. Only generated intelligence and aggregate metadata (record counts, industry, company size) are stored.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use OAuth 2.0 for authentication and never store your CRM password. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. See our Security page for more details.

Data Retention

We retain your generated intelligence (QBRs, agendas, risk assessments) and account metadata for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect your CRM account or delete your Continium account, we remove your access tokens immediately and purge all cached data from Redis. Generated intelligence is retained for 30 days after disconnection to allow re-download, and then permanently deleted.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Vercel -- Hosting, edge compute, and infrastructure (SOC 2 Type II)
  • Supabase -- Database, credential encryption, and session management (SOC 2 Type II)
  • Upstash -- Caching and rate limiting (SOC 2 Type II)
  • AI model providers -- Intelligence generation (data is not stored or used for training)

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data at any time through the Settings page
  • Export your generated intelligence (QBRs, agendas, assessments)
  • Disconnect your CRM account at any time with immediate token revocation
  • Request deletion of all your data, including generated intelligence and cached records
